Previously with Monument Group, Bermac Properties, Rialto Group and Countryside Properties. Since 1988, Tony has worked at main Board level and as Managing Director since 1991. Principal projects include town centre redevelopment schemes, retail parks, West End and City offices and supermarket schemes.
Previously Group Property Director and Regional Manager of Amey plc, Project Manager for Heron Corporation and trained by Jones Lang LaSalle. Principal projects include shopping centres and retail warehouse schemes.
Previously Divisional Director with Schroders Plc, Old Mutual Plc, and Stanhope PLC. Principal projects include brownfield redevelopment and large mixed use industrial/commercial/office schemes. Mike was part of an award winning office headquarters development team for occupiers including ITN, Nestle and Schroders.
Previously with St. Martins Property Corporation, a Partner of Richard Main & Co. and then a Director of Jones Lang LaSalle. Alan has a distinguished history of involvement with major office schemes, particularly in Central London.
Previously with Nelson Bakewell where he focused on retail and leisure property. Neil specialises in complex deal structuring, financing, transaction management, asset management and development.
Previously Head of Property of a city firm, Stephen has wide experience in all types of property deals and provides legal consulting services.
Previously with a city firm, Danny founded his own firm and is listed as a Legal 500 'Expert' in commercial property. He spends part of his time in Aquila's offices to provide an 'in-house' legal service. He is dual qualified in Scotland and England.
