Aquila House Holdings Limited, founded in August 2001, is the holdings company for the Aquila Group.
Aquila is directly involved in commercial and residential property development and investment across the UK.
Our direct development programme is worth over £200m in terms of end investment value. Commercial projects include a wide range of new-build and refurbishment schemes in all sectors across the south east as part of the UK. We also undertake residential development projects and large mixed-use schemes including retail and leisure.
The Group’s direct investment portfolio is worth over £150m. Investment properties within our rapidly expanding portfolio include offices, industrial, warehousing, edge-of-centre and high street retail.
We also undertake work through joint ventures and advisory roles.
