Our current development programme is worth over £200m in terms of end investment value. Commercial projects include a wide range of new-build and refurbishment schemes in all sectors across London and the south east of England. We also undertake residential projects usually as part of large mixed-use schemes including retail and leisure.
Our current investment portfolio is worth over £150m and includes properties in the office, industrial, warehousing, edge-of-centre and high street retail sectors.
We also undertake work through joint ventures and advisory roles.
